We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will forfeit your booking deposit ($50 for non medical and $100 for medical appointments). No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee for non medical services. No shows for medical aesthetic services will be charged $350.

We do not offer refunds on services, skincare products, or membership purchases.

Memberships and prepaid services are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. This helps us personalize your care and track progress over time.A series of 4 treatments is recommended for best results.

To maintain a calm, focused environment and due to the intimate size of our studio, we kindly ask that you arrive alone to your appointment unless previously discussed.
